All-Seeing Airport Security Devices Threaten Jewish Modesty

NEWS ITEM: Observant Jews are concerned over the expanding use of whole-body imaging machines for airport security.
The scene the airport screener saw
Did violence to Jewish law!
His body-imaging machine
Displayed a sight that was obscene,
A true affront, a crudity,
A fully frontal nudity!
Before a traveler’s plane departs,
He/she now shows their private parts!
Twixt moral choices we are torn:
Viz., saving lives or seeing porn.
Perplexing, this anomaly,
This quest for full security!
(New opportunities exist
For every exhibitionist!
Between airports they’ll ricochet,
And put their bodies on display!)
For those to bashfulness inclined,
The problem’s clear and well-defined:
For safety, should they “show and tell”,
Surrender to au naturel?
This means their high-flown sentiments
Would yield to earthy common sense.
The choices are invidious
To those who are fastidious!
Appreciate the hue and cry
From folks who aim at flying high!
