2 eggs 1/3 cup water 1 cup matza meal or panko bread crumbs 1 ½ teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons paprika ½ cup sesame seeds 2 broiler/fryers (about 2 ½ – 3 pounds each) cut into eighths ½ cup melted margarine or olive oil

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Lightly grease large baking pan.
  2. Beat eggs with water. Combine matza meal or panko with salt, paprika, and sesame seeds.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then roll in matza meal/panko mixture.
  4. Place chicken in prepared baking dish and drizzle with melted margarine or oil. Roast in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven about 1 hour, until golden and crisp.
