Guess Who’s Coming For Dinner? It’s Mark Zuckerberg.
Mark Zuckerberg paid a surprise visit last week to one Ohio family, dropping in on them as part of his New Year’s resolution to meet people in every state of the country.
“His staff people said, ‘I work for a very wealthy philanthropist in California and 90 percent of Americans use his product,’” Daniel Moore of Newton Falls, Ohio told a local NBC affiliate.
“The more he talked, the more I liked him and was inspired by him,” Moore, who hosted the dinner with his wife Lisa and son Dan, said.
The Moores came to the attention of Zuckerberg after being featured in post-election coverage as Democrats who nonetheless voted for Trump.
Zuckerberg has been mentioned as a potential contender for the White House himself – but so far he’s made no firm steps into politics.
“After a tumultuous last year, my hope for this challenge is to get out and talk to more people about how they’re living, working and thinking about the future,” Zuckerberg wrote on his Facebook page in January, explaining his decision to tour the country.
