Likud Lawmaker Endorses Le Pen, Defying Israeli Boycott Of National Front
Knesset Member Oren Hazan from Likud endorsed far-right French presidential candidate Marine Le Pen in a message posted today on his official Twitter account.
“Madam Le Pen, I endorse you for tonight’s debate and for the second round [of the election] – to build France’s future,” reads Hazan’s tweet, originally published in French.

National Front’s leader Marine Le Pen will face centrist candidate Emmanuel Macron in the election runoff on Sunday.
The Israeli government officially boycotts the National Front. In January, a visit of the party’s secretary-general to Israel and his meeting with Young Likud Chairman had sparked controversy.
