Why should Jewish students attend Pitzer? The Claremont Colleges Hillel is a unique consortium of the five undergraduate Claremont Colleges. Students get an individualized education of a small liberal arts college with the resources of a much larger university. Hillel at the Claremont Colleges is unique because it is located in the McAlister Center — the interfaith center for religious activities. Our Hillel rabbi/director also serves as one of four College Chaplains, so there is ample opportunity to interact, collaborate, and learn from other religious groups. — Rabbi Danny Shapiro, Jewish Chaplain/Hillel Director at the Claremont Colleges
