What Happens When A 79-Year-Old Former Chanel President Gets A Tattoo?
We all know about mid-life crises, even quarter-life crises.
But is there such a thing as three-quarters life crises?
Arie Kopelman, the former Chanel president was catapulted into viral fame when his famous daughter, Jill Kargman, the star of Bravo’s hit scripted series “Odd Mom Out,” posted a photo on Instagram of Kopelman getting his first tattoo — at the ripe old age of 79.
The tattoo, which was inked at Bang Bang tattoos, has yet to be revealed. Nor was it immediately apparent that this had anything to do with contemplating his own mortality.
What was clear, however, was that the experience wasn’t exactly racy: Kopelman wore an age-appropriate woolen vest that was grandpa sweater meets science teacher and was paired with the decidedly un-edgy khaki pants.
