Chief Rabbi Metzger Says Build a Palestinian State in the Sinai Desert, It Will Be ‘Like in Arizona’

Israel’s Ashkenazic chief rabbi, Yona Metzger, tells an interviewer that it’s not his place to talk politics, and then he proceeds to talk politics. Metzger weighs in with his thoughts on Jerusalem, the Temple Mount and why the Sinai Desert would make a nice spot for a Palestinian state:
