The Great Hanukkah Debate: Latkes vs. Sufganiyot

One is crispy, oily and savory. The other is fluffy, sweet and indulgent.

Ideally, your Hanukkah will be filled with plenty of sticky Hanukkah doughnuts, known as sufganiyot, as well as platefuls of umami-filled latkes, the delicious potato pancakes that are ideally crunchy on the outside and pillow-soft on the inside.

But if you had to choose just one treat to enjoy this year, what would it be?

Help us settle the debate:

Do you have a burning Hanukkah debate you want to have our readers settle? The Great Hanukkah Debates will continue until the end of the holiday, December 20, 2017. Email us at community@forward.com and we just might feature your question.
