Haim Saban, the American-Israeli producer behind the “Power Rangers” franchise, was honored on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday with the 2,605th star.

The Power Rangers series debuted in 1993 and ran for more than 20 seasons. It also spawned several films, including one debuting Friday that had an estimated production budget of some $105 million, according to IMDB.

In addition to his work in Hollywood, Saban is a longtime supporter of Jewish causes like Friends of the Israel Defense Forces and the American Israel Education Foundation in Los Angeles. Saban was also active in the 2016 election, donating $2.5 million to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. His wife donated another $2.5 million.
