‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Contestant Says Steamy Pool Scene Was Actually Sex Assault
Was the steamy pool scene that rocked the “Bachelor In Paradise” actually a sex assault that producers should have stopped?
Corinne Olympios now says she was too drunk to consent to sexual contact with DeMario Jackson — and that producers failed to step in and stop things from getting out of hand, TMZ reported.
The show cut short filming and sent all of its contestants back to the U.S. after a producer sued Warner Bros. for what has been described as a “too-graphic-for-comfort” sexual encounter between the two contestants.
It’s not necessarily shocking that the pair got intimate during the show a sunny beach in Mexico with limitless alcohol and tons of beautiful singles. But sexual assault occurring in front of several producers with the power and responsibility to step in? That is shocking.
An investigation is underway and production will be delayed until it has been completed. Warner Bros. has yet to issue a statement regarding the allegations.
Olympios reportedly does not blame Jackson for the incident since she believes he was also too drunk.
