What Do You Think Drake Is Doing With The $90 Million He Made This Year?
Forbes dropped its iconic “World’s Highest Paid Celebrities” list for 2017 and it features not one but two Jewish celebrities among the ranks of those pulling in the most green.
Unsurprisingly, Drake is ranked at number four. Everybody’s favorite DeGrassi-character-cum-hip-hop-singer raked in $94 million in the past 12 months.
I’m not sure anyone deserves to make $94 million in a year when others don’t have enough cash for a dentist’s appointment but if this kind of fortune must befall anyone, it might as well be Drake. He’s had a good year, releasing his album “Views” in April of 2016 and going on to win 13 Billboard Music awards.
Plus, he gave us the video for “Hotline Bling” and deserves to be duly honored financially for the rest of his life.
Howard Stern can also be found among the top ten earners. Why and how he made $90 million this past year is upsetting to consider so we won’t dwell on it for too long.
Just try to take comfort in the fact that Beyonce outearned him by $15 million.
