Breitbart Editor Tricked Into Admitting Plans For ‘Dirty’ Crusade Against Jared And Ivanka
A top editor at Breitbart News who thought he was corresponding with Steve Bannon said he’s ready to do “dirty work” to bring down Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump — and suggested he had evidence of a personal scandal involving the power couple.
Breitbart editor-in-chief Alex Marlow told an email prankster posing as the ousted White House political adviser that he hoped to force the Jewish power couple out of the Trump administration by the end of the year.
“Just have surrogates do the dirty work,” Marlow replied. “Boyle, Raheem, me, Tony have been waiting for this,” he added, referring to Breitbart writers.
When the fake “Bannon” asked Marlow if he could shame them into quitting and how long it would take.
“Let me see what I can do… hard to know given your description of them as evil,” Marlow replied. “I don’t know what motivates them. If they are semi normal, then yes, they out by end of year.”
“I don’t much care for the Trump administration or Breitbart so I didn’t really do much but see what happened,” the prankster explained to CNN on Tuesday.
The emails also mention Marlow’s claim that Breitbart is sitting on evidence of a scandal involving Jared and Ivanka. CNN said it was not disclosing details of the scandal because it does not know if there’s any truth to it.
