Amazon Sells Halloween-Themed Anti-Circumcision T-Shirts
Just in time for Halloween, Amazon is selling outfits designed to scare you with…circumcision?
The popular online retailer posted a link on Monday to buy T-shirts with the words “cut pumpkins not babies” circling a snarling jack-o-lantern.
The shirts are available in men’s and women’s sizes and five different colors for $16.99. Unlike a mohel, the website promises free and easy returns.
“Are you against circumcision? This t-shirt is for you!” the product description reads. “Wear your foreskin pride on your tshirt by letting the world know that your body belongs to you – not your parents, your religion, or your doctor.”
Other shirts on Amazon that try to use humor to oppose circumcision include clothing that proclaims “My body, my choice,” “circumcision is medical fraud,” “foreskin pride”—in rainbow imagery reminiscent of the LGBT pride flag—and “Keep calm and keep your son intact.”
