Sebastian Gorka’s New Gig: Giving Speeches To Right-Wing Think Tank

Sebastian Gorka has landed several paid positions since leaving the Trump White House.
The former counterterrorism adviser is now a paid analyst on Fox News, focusing primarily on national security issues. He also works as a nonresident scholar at the Institute of World Politics. And now he has another gig: Giving speeches to the conservative Heritage Foundation think tank.
A Heritage spokesman told the Hill that Gorka was hired as an independent contractor to give a series of five lectures on foreign policy issues. According to the spokesperson, Gorka has already delivered four of these speeches and is “solely responsible for the content of his speeches and other statements and his views are not necessarily those of Heritage or any of its personnel.”
Gorka, who has been the subject of controversy because of his past associations with a Nazi-tied group in Hungary, was fired from the White House in August, shortly after the departure of chief strategist Steve Bannon, who promoted his work on the Breitbart news website.
