Fox News Cites Richard Spencer’s Lawyer In Report On Stormy Daniels

A Fox News report last week on the lawsuit between porn star Stormy Daniels and President Trump cited an unlikely source as a legal expert — Kyle Bristow, the lawyer who represented white supremacist leader Richard Spencer’s recent college tour.
After Daniels appeared on “60 Minutes” discussing her relationship with Trump and the nondisclosure agreement she allegedly signed, an article on Fox News’ website quoted Bristow among other lawyers discussing her legal case.
“If she’s out doing interviews, clearly that’s a violation of the agreement, and I don’t think the First Amendment applies,” Bristow said, adding, “People have the right to enter into agreements whereby their rights are waived.”
Over the past year, Bristow had filed or threaten to file numerous lawsuits to force public universities to allow Spencer to speak on their campuses. But Spencer was only successful at speaking at two universities – the University of Florida, where three Spencer supporters were charged with attempted murder after shooting at counter-protesters, and Michigan State University, where Spencer was forced to speak in a livestock barn during spring break.
Bristow announced last month that he was quitting representing Spencer and political activism altogether after a Detroit Free Press article went into detail about his racist past.
