Noah Pozner’s Parents Sue Alex Jones Over Sandy Hook ‘Hoax’ Claim

Leonard Pozner and Veronique De La Rosa, whose son Noah Pozner was shot and killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook massacre, have filed a lawsuit against controversial radio talk show host Alex Jones for his continual claims that the shooting never happened.
The father of murdered six-year-old Jesse Lewis, Neil Heslin, is also suing Jones in a separate but related lawsuit.
Jones allegedly called the parents “crisis actors”, leading to victims’ families receiving death threats from conspiracy theorists. He is one of the leading voices in the Sandy Hook truther movement, a group that claims the shooting never occurred.
“The whole thing is a giant hoax. How do you deal with a total hoax?” Jones reportedly said during one of his shows in 2014.
Both lawsuits are seeking more than $1 million in damages from Jones and his Internet news show Infowars.
Infowars reporter Owen Shroyer is also named in Heslin’s lawsuit.
On December 14, 2012, Pozner and Lewis were among 26 people shot and killed by Adam Lanza, including 20 first graders, inside the Newtown school using an AR-15 before killing himself with a handgun.
