Ivanka, Jared Revised Their Financial Disclosure Forms 10 Times In Last Month

White House senior advisors Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner revised their financial disclosure forms a combined 10 times in the last month, according to files obtained by a Washington watchdog group.
Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, which acquired and published the forms for Trump and Kushner, said they were disturbed by the number of revisions.
“When taken together with their previous number of revisions on previous filings, it does show that they do have a pattern of trouble with their filings,” CREW spokesman Jordan Libowitz told Newsweek.
The couple filed their forms on May 15, 2018, but they were not certified by the Office of Government Ethics until this week. Kushner’s submission had to be revised five times, including four separate times this March, while Trump’s required eight updates, including on five occasions in March and once on April 2.
“The OGE was not willing to certify their reports for so long, which possibly has to do with why it was revised (so many) times,” Libowitz told Newsweek. “So the question is, Why? We don’t want to say what the reason is without knowing, but it’s troubling.”
An attorney at a firm representing Kushner and Trump declined to comment to Newsweek.
Kushner also reportedly had to file multiple versions of the background check needed to receive a security clearance. His clearance request was denied by government agencies, but President Trump overruled them.
