What Happens With Latkes in Las Vegas Stays There
Two splashy Las Vegas venues have unveiled special Hanukkah menus.
At the MGM Grand’s CRUSH , Chef William DeMarco will serve up braised veal shank with apple latkes and horsderadish sour cream. And atLa Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at the Wynn Las Vegas, look for crispy duck breast with sweet potato latkes and purple potatoes.
La Cave is also reviving a signature Hanukkah cocktail — Eight Crazy Nights — made with Blue Curacao, Liquor 43, crème de menthe and egg whites. Just don’t make any bets after that one.
