Roseanne Barr Wants To Cook For Natalie Portman — And Set Her Straight On Israel
Roseanne Barr, the controversial comedy actress currently starring in the Trump-supporting revival of ‘Roseanne’, appeared at the Jerusalem Post Conference on Sunday in New York.
According to the Jerusalem Post, Barr mentioned that if she got a chance to sit down with Natalie Portman, who recently snubbed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in declining the Genesis Prize, she would first “make her a lovely meal —- that always starts everything peaceful -— and then I would talk to her about Jewish history and Torah. I think those are the things that bring people back and wake people up.”
Barr talked about how much she loved being a Jew and bragged about her talent at cooking “good Jewish food.”
Would Roseanne Barr ever consider doing a cooking show? Well, the last time Barr tried her hand in the kitchen, she dressed up as Hitler and pulled burnt gingerbread “Jew cookies” out of the oven. Hopefully she’ll stick to no-bake recipes this time.
