Kosher Restaurant Goes Viral With Reverse Food Trend: Spaghetti In Meatball
Reverse food trends are the name of this game, apparently. Thrillist gave kosher restaurant Noi Due a tip of the hat in its new Instagram post honoring Noi Due’s commitment to breaking the Internet in the form of a new dish entitled spaghetti in meatball, rather than the tired old spaghetti with meatballs. It’s a one pound meatball that, when sliced open, reveals the bounty within, in the form of a full plate of spaghetti and marinara.
This is the food of the future. Check this cutting-edge, glatt kosher innovation out for yourself in the Upper West Side osteria, Noi Due Carne.
Shira Feder, if she does nothing else with her life, will try this giant meatball. She’s at feder@forward.com
