  • Kosher food details: Oregon Hillel has separate kosher kitchens (not supervised by a rabbi) and all events hosted at Hillel are kept Kosher. Trader Joe’s has Kosher chicken and meat. Many other kosher items are available in stores like Safeway and Albertsons. In addition, there’s a store in Seattle called Affordable Kosher that ships to Eugene for relatively good prices. On Pesach, Chabad has Kosher meal plans throughout the week.
