2 eggs 1/3 cup water 1 cup matza meal or panko bread crumbs 1 ½ teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons paprika ½ cup sesame seeds 2 broiler/fryers (about 2 ½ – 3 pounds each) cut into eighths ½ cup melted margarine or olive oil
- preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Lightly grease large baking pan.
- Beat eggs with water. Combine matza meal or panko with salt, paprika, and sesame seeds.
- Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then roll in matza meal/panko mixture.
- Place chicken in prepared baking dish and drizzle with melted margarine or oil. Roast in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven about 1 hour, until golden and crisp.
