Ned Lamont’s campaign has hired a prominent Democratic blogger, David Sirota.

Senator Joe Lieberman says he’s expecting a cold reception from some of his Democratic colleagues when he returns to the Senate next week.

Lieberman is calling for a five-person debate.

Connecticut Rep. Christopher Shays, a Republican facing a tough reelection fight, says that the Bush administration needs to set a timeframe for pulling troops out of Iraq. Lieberman has said he would consider the proposal.
