Bush’s former homeland security chief Tom Ridge seems to be unhappy with Dick Cheney’s claim that the Democratic voters of Connecticut have handed the terrorists a victory by rejecting Joe Lieberman. Bush’s current homeland boss, Michael Chertoff, is dodging the issue.
