Behold, the Latest ‘Star Wars’ Trailer

Oh my Han Solo. The new “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” trailer has hit the internet.

The highly anticipated teaser was released on Thrursday during a panel discussion with director J.J. Abrams and the cast at the Star Wars Celebration event in Anaheim, California. (What’s Jewish about “Star Wars”? Well, J.J Abrams, for one. Oh, and Harrison Ford’s maternal grandparents were Jewish immigrants from Minsk.)

There are a lot of new faces, but the combination of a Luke Skywalker voice-over, the Millenium Falcon and Han and Chewie, together again, will surely be enough to satisfy any hard core fan.

Speaking of Han Solo, fans at the convention were anxious to get updates on Harrison Ford’s condition after his plane crash in March that saw him rushed to critical care. Abrams was happy to oblige.

“He’s doing great and he’s working hard,” he said. “I had respect for him all my life, but I’ve never had more respect for a guy until I saw how he landed that plane. He’s more of a hero in that move than in all the films he’s been in.”
