David Phillips joined the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County as CEO in 2012. He previously served as president and CEO of Capital Camps and Retreat Center, a Jewish overnight camp, and as the program director at the Jewish Community Center of Charlotte, N.C. Phillips received his master’s in social work from the University of Pittsburgh after moving from England to the U.S. in 1990
