Does your synagogue have its own building? If not, where do you meet for services? We don’t have our own building; we rent other spaces for services, most often Tifereth Israel Congregation in DC
Is there an opportunity to socialize after services? Yes, we have lunch after each Shabbat morning services (either a potluck, or hosted lunches in participants’ homes, or we join kiddush at the synagogue where we meet)
Language of service: Hebrew. We don’t have one official siddur; participants use a variety of siddurim (some of which also contain English).
Is another language offered in the prayer book? No official prayer book
Children’s programming: Yes - on each Shabbat that we meet, we have a family minyan that meets during the Torah reading, where children are learning the prayers.
Accessibility for people with disabilities: The building where we meet most often is an accessible building with a ramp. We have Braille siddurim available. We are open to hearing about other ways that we can be as accessible as possible.
Are services streamed online? No
Are the rabbi’s sermons available online? We don’t have a rabbi or semons.
