Increased oversight of judicial ethics and proposals to add more justices to the Court, institute a retirement age or term limits might change the court forever. Is the crown jewel of American democracy in peril?
One of the foremost and respected reporters on the court, NPR’s Nina Totenberg will take us through the latest developments. In conversation with Jodi Rudoren, Nina will lead us through the current issues, answer questions and offer predictions for what’s to come.
