I subscribed to print. What’s happening with my subscription now that the Forward is fully digital?
Your All Access subscription continues on Forward.com where Jewish news, culture and opinion stories are published daily. You can access hundreds of original articles from the writers you know and trust online, 24/7. And we have extended your subscription by 3 extra months. Be sure you have created your digital account and are logged in for unlimited access to Forward.com. Keep reading for more information on how to create an account and log in.
Do I have to pay to read articles on Forward.com?
As a loyal subscriber, you are entitled to full access to Forward.com, but you do need to log in. To log in, you must have a digital account and a password. If you began your subscription via our website, your digital account was created at that time and you simply need to log in. Keep reading for more information on how to create an account and log in.
I haven’t created a digital account yet. How do I do it? Enter your subscriber number, which is the 10-digit number on your mailing label, and the first 4 letters of your last name. Click “Log in.” If you don’t have access to your mailing label, please call or email customer service to get your subscriber number. Email email@example.com or call our toll-free number (866) 523-9651 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm CST.
I’ve logged out. How do I log back into my digital account?
Click on “Log in” at the top right of the home page. You will be asked to enter your email and password that you created. Once you have successfully logged in, your name will appear in the upper right hand corner of the website.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Click the “Log in” link at the top right corner of the Forward.com home page, then click “Forgot Your Password?” Enter the email address you used to create your account. You will receive an email with prompts to reset your password.
Click “Reset my password” and you will be taken to a page to create a new password using the temporary password provided in the email. That temporary password will expire in 3 days so be sure to create a new password immediately.
Go back to Forward.com and click the “Log in” link at the top right corner. Log in using your new password.
Can I get access on my smartphone or tablet? What devices are supported?
Our Forward.com website is mobile optimized and can be read easily from any web-enabled mobile device or smartphone.
Can I access my Forward subscription on more than one computer, smartphone or tablet?
Yes. Once you have a Forward subscription, your email address will be your username and you will select a password. You can use your login from any computer or mobile device.
How do I manage my subscription account once I have subscribed to the Forward?
Hover over the yellow “Subscribe” button in the top right corner of the Forward.com home page. Click on “Check Your Account. Log in using your email address and password.
When I go on vacation, can I put my subscription on hold?
You may put your subscription on hold. However, Forward.com is available 24/7 and is accessible from any computer or mobile device.

I’m not currently a subscriber. What kind of content counts toward my monthly limit?
Unlimited visits to the Forward.com home page and other select content will be available free of charge. Full articles, opinion pieces, Fast Forward, photo galleries, and other features all count toward the monthly limit of free articles. Messages will appear on your screen with reminders about how many free articles you have read and how to subscribe so that you get unlimited access.
How are subscriptions billed?
You can pay for your subscription using any major credit card. Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually. Your subscription will be renewed automatically. Annual subscribers will be notified before their credit card is charged for a renewal.
Do you offer free trial subscriptions?
Our introductory offer is $1 for the first month of subscription. After the first month, your credit card will be charged monthly or once a year, depending on what you choose. You can cancel at any time.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription to the Forward at any time. If you cancel, we will stop charging your account the following billing cycle. Each billing cycle is four weeks in length, so your unlimited access will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.
Can I give someone a subscription as a gift?
Yes — gifting a year subscription to the Forward is quick and easy! Simply hover over the yellow “Subscribe” button in the top right corner of the Forward.com home page, then click on “Give a Gift” and follow the prompts.
