Changing the Tune: Klezmatics Settle A Violinist’s Sex-Discrimination Suit (Correction)
Due to editorial error, a March 28 article, “Changing the Tune: Klezmatics Settle A Violinist’s Sex-Discrimination Suit,” inadvertently represented as fact certain contested assertions made by Alicia Svigals in the legal dispute between the Klezmatics and their former violinist. These assertions, unrefuted in the article, stated the position of one of the parties in the dispute. The matter was resolved in a legal settlement in which neither side admitted any wrongdoing. We regret any misunderstandings that might have arisen.
