Founded in 1956, Tel Aviv University is currently Israel's largest university. The American Friends of Tel Aviv University is credited with raising money and awareness to further the university's academic pursuits and international recognition.
Gail Reiss joined American Friends of Tel Aviv University in her current capacity as president and CEO. Before joining the American Friends of Tel Aviv University family, she was the vice president of the UJA-Federation of New York's Philanthropic Leadership Group. She also held a position at the United States Committee for UNICEF. Reiss received her master's in international affairs from Columbia University and pursued a nonprofit management certificate from Columbia Business School.
