Whitney Weathers’s (she/her) work at UpStart focuses on removing barriers, creating opportunities, and facilitating belonging for as many folks as possible. Whitney is in the second year of her doctoral program at Nazarene Theological Seminary; her degree is in Black Leadership and Ministry. She is a mother to four amazing kiddos and the spouse to one amazing husband.
