‘Peeping Tom’ New York Landlord Charged With Taping Tenant Naked

A creepy Upper West Side landlord has reportedly been charged for the second time with filming women without their permission in their apartments.
Eli Kadoch, 48, was of filming Aksana Kuzmitskaya, 26, a grad student from Belarus. She had moved into his building in December of 2013 and lived there rent-free on the condition that she clean the nine-unit brownstone at 7 West 82nd Street.
Last summer, Kuzmitskaya spotted a camera lens in her bathroom clock. When she took the clock apart and other cameras she found in her bedroom, she found over 70 hours of footage and photographs from the previous six months. Allegedly, Kadoch had filmed her using the bathroom, in her underwear, and in the nude.
One photograph even showed Kadoch himself adjusting the lens.
Kuzmitskaya accused both Kadoch and his brother Michael Kadoe, 55, of violating her privacy.
On Monday, Kadoch was re-arrested after prosecutors found footage of another woman on his computers and hard drives.
Kadoch pleaded not guilty to 67 counts of unlawful surveillance.
