Harvey Weinstein Leads Parade of Jewish Fundraisers for Hillary Clinton

Hollywood titan Harvey Weinstein is reportedly hosting a plush fundraiser for Democrat Hillary Clinton — kicking off a day of cash-raining events hosted by wealthy Jewish Democrats.
Weinstein will be joined by superstars Leo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lopez, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick at the cozy event for 50 big-money types at his Manhattan townhouse, according to The New York Post
The Monday event caps a busy day of pressing the flesh for the presumptive Democratic nominee.
Clinton will earlier meet with donors at veteran fundraiser Alan Patricof’s home as well as an event with hedge fund bigwig Marc Lasry.
The events display the vice grip Clinton holds on Jewish Democratic donors, many of whom also raised big bucks for President Obama during the last two presidential elections.
Donald Trump, on the other hand, has struggled famously to line up even loyal GOP Jews behind his troubled campaign, which Sheldon Adelson being the one Jewish mogul to publically back his candidacy.
