Jared And Ivanka Paying $15,000 A Month For Washington Home

Rent in DC was never cheap, but Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump really splurged with their 7,000-square foot rental in Washington’s Kalorama neighborhood.
According to documents obtained by the Wall Street Journal, Kushner and Trump are paying $15,000 in rent, a pretty significant amount for two federal government employees.
However, with an estimated net worth of more than $700 million, the young couple is not likely to have problems making the monthly rent payments.
Real estate agents told the WSJ that $15,000 a month is a in line with other similar properties in the neighborhood, though one expert noted that the rent represents a “terrible investment” for billionaire Chilean landlord Andrónico Luksic, who bought the house last summer for $5.5 million.
