Introducing ‘The Forward Today’

Sign up for “The Forward Today”

Beginning July 11, every weekday morning, The Forward Today will bring you a quick and timely take on the Jewish world, and on the world from a Jewish perspective. The e-newsletter will highlight the most important news headlines, and the latest original and exclusive content from our newsroom and our blogs.

We also will integrate our popular weekly newsletter into the Friday edition, supplementing the daily report with more highlights of the original journalism, commentary, criticism and features that appear on our pages all week long.

As we move forward with an ever-expanding range of digital products, this daily e-newsletter also brings us closer to our 19th-century roots as the Jewish Daily Forward — a vital, daily publication for all American Jews.

Let us know what you think.

A message from our CEO & publisher Rachel Fishman Feddersen

I hope you appreciated this article. Before you go, I’d like to ask you to please support the Forward’s award-winning, nonprofit journalism during this critical time.

Now more than ever, American Jews need independent news they can trust, with reporting driven by truth, not ideology. We serve you, not any ideological agenda.

At a time when other newsrooms are closing or cutting back, the Forward has removed its paywall and invested additional resources to report on the ground from Israel and around the U.S. on the impact of the war, rising antisemitism and the protests on college campuses.

Readers like you make it all possible. Support our work by becoming a Forward Member and connect with our journalism and your community.

—  Rachel Fishman Feddersen, Publisher and CEO
