Nadler Calls Out Gonzales
Rep. Jerry Nadler issued a statement saying that he’s still waiting for Attorney General Alberto Gonzales to answer questions about America’s policy of handing terror suspects over to other countries to be tortured, a practive known as rendition. On the bright side for doves who favor diplomacy in the Middle East, it’s at least one instance where the White House seems prepared to dialogue with Syria.
