Serena Williams Hangs Out in Israel
American tennis champion Serena Williams is visiting Israel for a few days.
Williams arrived in the country Monday evening and is vacationing in Eilat for the week, Ynet reported.
Eilat is known as Israel’s tennis capital and has hosted the European-African zone group of the Fed Cup for the past three years.
Williams, who has won 29 Grand Slam titles – 15 in singles and the rest in doubles with her sister, Venus – this year won the U.S. Open and Wimbledon, along with Olympic gold medals at the London Games in singles and doubles.
