One White Nationalist Group Loses Non-Profit Status — But Not All

Richard Spencer’s National Policy Institute has lost its non-profit status, but it’s not the only non-profit white nationalist group accepting tax-deductible donations.

Three other prominent white nationalist organizations also shared the designation, according to an Associated Press review in December, and have so for over a decade.

The groups share ideology and also have institutional connections.

The New Century Foundation

Helmed by prominent white nationalist Jared Taylor, the foundation raises money for the benefit of the “white race,” according to Taylor, who is a former vice president of Spencer’s NPI.

The Charles Martel Society

The Southern Poverty Law Center calls this group “an anti-immigration hate website.” It was founded by right-wing publisher William Regnery II, who also founded NPI in 2005.

VDare Foundation

This anti-immigration group, headed by Peter Brimelow, focuses, on the “unsustainability of current US immigration policy” and the “National Question.” The Vdare website publishes articles by prominent white nationalists like Taylor.
