The Forward’s “Wonders of America” columnist Jenna Weissman Joselit has been named director of The George Washington University Judaic Studies Program in the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences. Her appointment is effective July 1. Weissman Joselit joined GWU last year as the Charles E. Smith Chair in Jewish Studies.
