White Supremacist David Duke Booted From Twitter

Update: 3:17 p.m. David Duke is now back on Twitter.

Former Ku Klux Klan grand wizard David Duke was kicked off Twitter on Monday morning — and he blamed the Jews and enemies of President Trump.

“We are really at war. Trump is at war,” Duke said on his regular Monday morning radio show. “They’re trying to make [Trump] go to jail and die in jail… They’re going to war against me, too.”

Duke boasted about the reach of his now-suspended account and speculated as to why it was suspended: “I expose the fact that Israel is an ethno-state,” he said.

On Twitter, supporters rallied around Duke, offering their own takes on why he was booted from Twitter — many imagining a Jewish plot.

A user named @StandUpWhiteMan lamented: “Dr David Duke’s account now suspended. Polite, truthful, intelligent opinions backed by facts are not allowed.”

“David Duke, great American Patriot & Trump supporter has been suspended from Twitter. Just another example of Jew power over all of U.S,” wrote @dawg_norman.

A user called @AdolfJBiden wrote: “Dr David Duke has been shoahed by the Jews running Twitter.”
