Is Michael Bloomberg Considering a 3rd-Party 2016 Presidential Run?

Here we go again.
For the past few presidential campaign cycles, Michael Bloomberg has flirted with the idea of running for commander-in-chief — and 2016 apparently is no different.
The New York Times reported the former New York City mayor commissioned a poll in December to see how he would fare in a three-way race against fellow billionaire Donald Trump and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Two sources told the paper the media mogul was intrigued by how Trump has upended the 2016 Republican race and still sees a possible opportunity to jump in.
But, as the Times notes: “He has often very publicly flirted with a run, savored the attention, then announced that he would not pursue the candidacy.”
