Enraged Donald Trump Compares United States to Nazi Germany

Incensed at news reports that the Russian government holds compromising information about Donald Trump, the president-elect vented his anger on Twitter on Wednesday morning, including a comparison of the United States to Nazi Germany, the fascist state led by Adolf Hitler that killed about 15 million civilians, including 6 million Jews.

The CNN story, that broke the story is based on interviews with “multiple U.S. officials with direct knowledge” of intelligence briefings given to both President Barack Obama and Trump. Shortly after CNN published its story, BuzzFeed published the text of the memos on which the briefings were based. The memos contain “specific, unverified, and potentially unverifiable allegations of contact between Trump aides and Russian operatives, and graphic claims of sexual acts documented by the Russians.”

Trump made several other comments on Twitter about the stories, employing his trademark capitalization and exclamation points.
