Michael Cohen Went To ‘Worst’ Law School — It Accepts 80% Of Applicants

Michael Cohen, President Trump’s attorney who is under federal investigation, went to the country’s “worst law school,” Red State reported.
Cohen is a 1991 graduate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Although Cooley has been accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) since the mid-1970s, “that accreditation is on increasingly shaky ground,” Red State reported.
Cooley reportedly has extraordinarily lax admission standards, accepting almost 86% of applicants in 2016. The entering class that year had a median GPA of 2.90 and median LSAT score of 141 (bottom 15th percentile of test takers).
While Cohen has seemed to succeed in his law career beyond majority of his Cooley classmates, of whom less than thirty percent find full-time, non-temporary work as attorneys within nine months of graduation, he is expected to appear in court on Monday — this time as a defendant.
Investigators raided Cohen’s office, home and hotel room last week, seeking evidence of possible attempts to conceal negative media coverage of Trump during the 2016 presidential election.
