‘Top Chef’ Takes On Kosher Kitchen
Kosher-keeping fans of “Top Chef” will be able to savor first-hand the culinary creations of one of the TV show’s recent stars. Hung Huynh, who won season three of the Bravo reality-show competition, has been named executive chef of Solo, a Mediterranean-Asian fusion kosher restaurant in Midtown Manhattan. Huynh was born in Vietnam and studied Asian and French cuisine at the Culinary Institute of America. He will begin his new position at Solo on March 2 and will continue at the restaurant through early April.
