UK Jewish School Evacuated by Bomb Squad
A Jewish primary school in Gateshead, England, was evacuated due to a bomb scare.
Students were sent home early and the police detonated a suspicious package in a controlled explosion, according to reports.
Located in northern England, Gateshead is the home of the Gateshead Yeshiva, Europe’s largest yeshiva, and the city has a large community of Orthodox Jews.
