Cozy — and Kosher — in New Hampshire

What’s being billed as the first “luxury, year-round” kosher resort has opened in New Hampshire, of all places. The Arlington Hotel also boasts the “five-star” Birch Bistro, whose offerings even include “a decadent kosher continental breakfast.” Birch’s menu looks pretty middle-of-the-road, but beef tongue crustini [sic] and a pastrami on rye sub sound intriguing.
