ווי עס ווײַזט זיך אַרויס, האָט די שול שטענדיק געלערנט לשון־קודש אויפֿן אַלטן שטייגער, דורכן לערנען די קינדער צו פֿאַרטײַטשן דעם חומש. די שפּראַך האָט מען געלערנט מיט דער טראַדיציאָנעלער אַשכּנזישער הבֿרה. געוויסע לערער האָבן געוואָלט, אַז מע זאָל לערנען דעם ישׂראלדיקן אַרויסרעד. איז דער קאָנפֿליקט געגאַנגען אויף אַזוי ווײַט, אַז די שול האָט זיך צעטיילט אויף צוויי מחנות און לאַנגע יאָרן האָט מען די צוויי ייִדיש־שפּראַכיקע טאָגשולן אין מעקסיקע גערופֿן די „אַלטע‟ און די „נײַע‟.
