Cher and Kathy Griffin take on Romney

In election-related news:

A new video put out by The Jewish Council for Education and Research starring Cher and Kathy Griffin on Mitt Romney’s efforts to “Turn Back Time” has gone viral. Looks like it will get at least half a million hits before Tuesday.

For obvious reasons, we are big fans of the shiny mini-dress worn by Katy Perry at a recent Obama rally. Take a look at it, and you’ll know why we like it so much.

The Sandy-related celebrity news is still coming in:

Ben Stiller volunteered to serve people in his post-hurricane neighborhood some pancakes.

Jason Segel is staying with girlfriend Michelle Williams and her daughter at William’s Boerum Hill brownstone because the loft the couple recently bought together in Red Hook is under water.

Chelsea Clinton and hubby Marc Mezvinsky decided to stay put in their powerless $4 million Flatiron District pad rather than to decamp to an uptown hotel.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, who did move into a hotel looked like they weathered the storm just fine as they walked on the Upper West Side with their twin daughters.

Jon Stewart and Billy Joel were among the local NY and NJ celebs who participated in an NBC telethon that raised $50 million for the American Red Cross’ Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

And in romance news:

It looked like new mama Drew Barrymore was enjoying a cold one while at the L.A. Lakers v. L.A. Clippers game last Friday with husband Will Kopelman.

Lovebirds Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are indeed in Australia, where they have been taking in the sights in Sydney, including The Wildlife Sydney Zoo.

Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, who toured the Cemetery of the Stars in L.A. over the weekend, say they are in no hurry to become engaged.

On-again-off-again couple comedienne Chelsea Handler, 37, and hotelier Andre Balazs, 55, are reportedly on again.

Newlywed Evan Rachel Wood has clarified that her marriage to Jamie Bell makes her no longer single, but does not mean that she is no longer bisexual.

And in other news:

In case you haven’t heard, young and amazingly talented Carly Rose Sonenclar has made it into the round of 12 on the “X Factor.” Just how good is this 13-year old? So good that Simon Cowell shared that he would have wanted her on his team. “She’s a real star,” he told Perez Hilton.

Ralph Lauren is throwing in the towel —or should we say shmata?— on his 8-year-old Rugby line aimed at a younger demographic.

Are you ready for a sequel series to “Boy Meets World?” The Disney Channel hopes you are, and is courting Fred Savage and Danielle Fishel, stars of the original show, for it.

J.J. Abrams in entering the realm of animation with a project based on the Beastlies monster figurines.

Sean Penn’s new film, “This Must Be The Place,” has been getting mixed reviews. But it might be just be worth the price of a ticket to see the actor in full Goth makeup as an aging rock star in search of an Auschwitz prison guard as a final favor to his estranged Orthodox, Nazi-hunting father.

A woman who has been stalking Jeff Goldblum was arrested for violating a restraining order when she showed up at an L.A. theater where the actor was working.

How does she do it all? Read Ivanka Trump telling about how, while juggling a motherhood and a multi-faceted career, she still manages to have time to “cook a feast for my husband” every Friday night and to completely unplug on Shabbat.

And finally, in election-related news:
