The day-long Mishpachah festival celebrates and explores Jewish genealogy, heritage, and immigration along with the Museum’s Jewish Genealogical Research Division and other partners. Engage with your family’s genealogy at the Peter and Mary Kalikow Jewish Genealogy Center, learn about historical immigration, and reflect on how we tell our individual and collective stories.
From 11am – 12pm, join Forward Editor-in-Chief Alyssa Katz and Yiddish Forverts Editor Rukhl Schaechter for a rich conversation about how the Forward builds public visibility and new audiences for Yiddish language and culture.
